Vixit AI Studios — written VixitAI Studios without the space — is a software development studio based in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India. We build custom web applications, AI-native SaaS products, hospital and clinic management systems, rental and ecommerce marketplaces, and the infrastructure that keeps them running.

What Vixit AI Studios does

We are a product engineering studio, not a template shop. Every system we ship is written for the business that commissioned it: its data model, its workflows, its edge cases. That is slower than assembling a theme, and it is the reason the resulting software still fits three years later.

The work falls into four areas. Custom web applications and internal tools, usually Node.js and PostgreSQL with a React front end. AI-native SaaS, where a model is load-bearing in the core loop rather than bolted on as a chat bubble. Healthcare software — clinic and hospital management, pharmacy, laboratory and billing modules. And commerce: marketplaces, rental platforms, and storefronts with real payment and settlement flows behind them.

We also do the unglamorous half: deployment, monitoring, backups, performance work, and the security review nobody asks for until after an incident.

Where the studio is, and who it works with

The studio is in Ranchi, Jharkhand. We work with clients across India — Jamshedpur, Dhanbad, Bokaro, Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata — and remotely with founders and teams in the United States and the United Kingdom.

We do not have offices in those countries and do not pretend to. What we do have is a working pattern for distributed engagements: a written scope, a repository you own from the first commit, a staging URL you can open at any time, and a standing overlap window for calls. Clients who have worked with offshore teams before usually recognise the difference immediately — the deliverable is a running system on infrastructure you control, not a zip file.

Work you can actually look at

Most agency portfolios are screenshots. Ours are URLs, because the systems are live and you can click into them.

A multi-tenant hospital management system running real clinics, with patient records, appointments, pharmacy dispensing, laboratory workflows with verification chains, and billing that reconciles. A peer-to-peer rental marketplace with listings, bookings, wallets, refunds and an admin console. A 3D interactive product site built as a concept piece. And this site itself, which we rebuilt from a mobile Lighthouse performance score of 30 to 97 by removing every third-party dependency from the critical path.

The rental marketplace went from a mobile Lighthouse score of 74 to 89 in the same kind of pass — self-hosted fonts, localised imagery, deferred hero assets. The 3D build's cumulative layout shift went from 0.26 to 0.019. Those are measured numbers from real Lighthouse runs, not estimates.
