Things we have actually shipped
Every project below is live, or was built to a standard we can demonstrate. The numbers are Lighthouse runs and load tests, not estimates — and where something went wrong, it is written down alongside what fixed it.
Why these read differently from most case studies
The usual agency case study describes a happy client and a redesign. Ours describe defects we found in our own work, wrong diagnoses we made on the way to the right one, and the measurements that settled the argument.
That is deliberate. If you are choosing a vendor, the useful signal is not whether they have shipped something pretty — it is whether they notice when something is broken, and whether they will tell you.
